Key Responsibilities:
-Supervising the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
-Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training and orientation to become productive members of the team.
-Managing performance appraisal processes, setting performance goals, providing feedback to employees, and addressing performance issues as needed.
-Handling employee relations matters such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
-Overseeing the maintenance and updating of HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, payroll information, and other HR-related data.
-Developing and implementing strategies to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.
-CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice (or equivalent) is essential
-A Master’s degree in Human Resources and related fields is preferred but not required
-Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
-In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
-Knowledge of HR systems and databases
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with using basic tech tools such as slack.
-Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to constantly improve.
