A Little Bit About the Role:
As a Mid-weight Digital Designer, you'll take charge of designing, managing, and producing design concepts for various outputs. Collaborating with a creative team under the direction of a Creative Director, you'll bring these concepts to life while adhering to brand guidelines and client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital and moving image work, preferably with experience in advertising agencies or design firms.
What You'll be Doing:
- Collaborate across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation of projects.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual design thinking for web, e-commerce, social content, and digital marketing.
- Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Present work internally and to clients, managing workloads within agreed timings.
- Stay updated with current design trends and best practices for digital content creation.
What You'll Need:
- A rich portfolio showcasing digital, banners, emails, landing pages, event materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and campaigns.
- Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
- Experience with brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities.
- Experience working with beverage/spirits brands or retail/FMCG brands.
- Social and video design experience, preferably with a Visual Arts BS/BA degree.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) and associated prototyping tools.
- Strong affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to accept feedback and iterate designs in a collaborative team environment.
- Overflowing with curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
Good to Have:
- Fluent in English & French.
- Multi-market experience.
- Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
