A Little Bit About the Role:
In a highly competitive marketplace, creating visually stunning, impactful, and effective creative work is essential. As a Mid Artworker at Remoteli, you will play a crucial role in producing industry-leading artwork that is beautiful, smart, and effective. You will be responsible for providing artwork services, ensuring consistent and accurate layout and design to fulfil client briefs within agreed timescales. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is essential for this role.

What You'll be Doing:

• Undertake artwork according to client briefs and exacting standards.
• Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage workloads efficiently within agreed timescales.
• Complete timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Act on direction and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Continuously seek ways to improve existing creative technically.
• Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Take responsibility for continued professional development.
• Work proactively under your initiative and as part of the design team.

What You'll Need:

• Ability to work accurately and consistently provide high-quality artwork.
• Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Experience in creating a wide range of artwork collateral, including print & digital adaptations, retouching, image manipulation, packaging, and POS materials.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Confidence in taking and investigating briefs, raising concerns, and presenting work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of cutter guides and experience with e-mailers, banners, and digital formats.
• Understanding of POS and print processes.

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• An excellent portfolio showcasing varied artworking examples.
• Proficiency in English and German.
