Responsibilities:
-Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed.
-Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and priorities.
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talents.
-Utilise various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage passive candidates.
-Build a strong pipeline and talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
-Evaluate candidates' resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements.
-Regularly attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
-Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.
-Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
-Fill vacancies for both tech and non-tech roles with the shortest time possible.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
-You may also handle other HR duties such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training etc.
Any other duties assigned by your line manager or the organisation.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, employment relations, or related field.
-Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
-Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
-Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools for technical positions.
-Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
-Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure.
