As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with trip and retreat operators to expand our client base. Your strong organizational and communication skills, along with your ability to build relationships, will be essential in driving successful business development initiatives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate and export lists of prospects from lead sources such as Hypeauditor.
- Cleanse and format data from prospect lists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Upload prospect lists onto HubSpot and categorize them accordingly.
- Log brands in the Monday.com Sales Pipeline for easy tracking and management.
- Manage the Trip Partners HubSpot Inbox and promptly respond to inquiries from prospects.
- Schedule meetings and share introductory decks ahead of calls with prospects.
- Conduct introductory calls with prospects to present an overview of DHARMA and address initial questions.
- Send follow-up emails to prospects with links to short qualification questionnaires to further assess their needs and interests.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Junior-level experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and project management tools like Monday.com is preferred but not required.
